Justin joined Cortec in 2023 and is a Vice President.

Prior to Cortec, Justin was a Senior Associate at TZP Group, a middle-market private equity firm, where he was responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing private equity investments across the Business Services and Consumer Products sectors. Prior to TZP Group, he was an investment banking Associate in Barclays Capital’s Global Consumer Retail group where he began his career.

Justin holds a B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
