Prior to Cortec, Mr. Kilroy was an investment banking Associate at Piper Sandler where he worked on middle market mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic and financial advisory assignments in the Consumer sector.

Kyle holds a B.A. degree from Cornell University.
