Aaron joined Cortec in 2020 and is a Partner – Operational Excellence.

Prior to Cortec, Aaron served as Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Pall Corporation (a Danaher Corporation operating company). Prior to Pall, he held several different operations leadership roles at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Aaron has extensive operations, supply chain, and lean manufacturing leadership experience from life science, automotive, and industrial companies.

Aaron holds a B.S. degree from Ohio University.
