Alex joined Cortec in 2026 and is a Vice President.
Prior to Cortec, Alex was a Vice President at Comvest Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing private equity investments. Prior to Comvest, Alex was an investment banking Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he advised on a range of M&A transactions and capital markets financings. Alex began his career as an investment banking Analyst at UBS.
Alex holds a B.B.A degree in Finance and B.A degree in Philosophy from Emory University.
