Allison joined Cortec in 2022 and is a Managing Director.
Prior to Cortec, Allison was a Principal at Tailwind Capital, where she was responsible for sourcing, executing, and managing private equity investments. Prior to Tailwind, she was a Senior Associate at Sentinel Capital Partners and an investment banking Analyst at Piper Jaffray & Co. where she began her career.
Allison earned a M.B.A. degree from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds M.S. and B.S.B.A. degrees from Washington University in St. Louis.
