Dave joined Cortec in 1995 and is a Co-President.
Prior to Cortec, Dave served as Assistant to the Chairman of SunAmerica where he co-led merger and acquisition activities and managed a $350 million alternative asset investment portfolio. Prior to SunAmerica, he was an investment banker at Lehman Brothers and a management consultant at Cresap, McCormick & Paget.
Dave currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Enthusiast Auto Holdings, Groome Transportation, Groundworks, Little Sleepies, and Pink Lily. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of Barcodes Inc., Urnex, Weiman, and YETI, among other investments.
Dave earned a M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a B.A. degree from Trinity College.
