Doug joined Cortec in 2022 and is a Vice President – Operational Excellence.

Prior to Cortec, he was a Global Continuous Improvement Champion at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he was responsible for all Continuous Improvement activities at 42 worldwide manufacturing factories and achieved over $220M of yearly gross savings. Prior to Goodyear, he held continuous improvement and project engineer roles at Plastic Omnium and GST AutoLeather.

Doug holds a B.S. degree from North Michigan University.
