Bill joined Cortec in 2004 and is a Managing Partner.
Prior to Cortec, Bill was an investment banker at Wachovia Securities, where he worked in both the Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions groups.
Bill currently serves on the Boards of Directors of EVP EyeCare, Four Seasons Heating & Air Conditioning, and Goettl. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of Barcodes Inc., Canadian Hospital Specialties, Groundworks, Urnex, Window Nation, and YETI, among other investments.
Bill earned a M.B.A. degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and holds a B.B.A. degree from The College of William & Mary.
