Jeff joined Cortec in 1998 and is a Co-President.
Prior to Cortec, Jeff served as Vice President of Corporate Development for PLY GEM Industries, a U.S. manufacturer and distributor of specialty building products. At PLY GEM, he was responsible for merger and acquisition activities, strategic planning, and financial analysis of its ten operating subsidiaries. He also held direct responsibility for two business units.
Jeff currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Aspen Medical Products, Center for Vein Restoration, Circle Surrogacy & Egg Donation, Companion Pet Partners, EVP EyeCare, and Lap of Love. He previously served on the Boards of Directors of 101 Mobility®, Canadian Hospital Specialties, Community Veterinary Partners, Harmar, and YETI, among other investments.
Jeff earned a M.B.A. degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and holds a B.A. degree from Union College.
