Prior to Cortec, Matt was an investment banking Analyst at Cain Brothers & Company where he worked on middle market mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic and financial advisory assignments.

Matt holds a B.S. degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
