Prior to Cortec, Matthew was an investment banking Analyst in the Financial Services group at Houlihan Lokey where he focused on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic and financial advisory assignments.

Matthew holds a B.S. degree from Cornell University.
