Prior to Cortec, Nick was an investment banking Associate at Lincoln International where he worked on middle market mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and strategic and financial advisory assignments.
Nick earned a M.S. degree from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and holds a B.S. degree from Duquesne University.
